Terms & Conditions

A. Mandatory Registration

All attendees, including accompanying children, must be registered for the conference. Entry will not be permitted without a valid registration.

B. Children Registration Policy

a. Children below 5 years of age must be registered under the "Accompanying Delegate" category for logistical and security purposes; however, no registration fee will be charged.

b. Children aged 5 years and above must be registered under the "Accompanying Delegate" category and applicable fees will be charged.

C. PG Student Verification

Postgraduate students must upload or submit a valid bonafide certificate from their Head of Department/Institution at the time of registration.

D. Senior Citizen Registration

Senior citizens aged 70 years and above are required to submit valid age proof to avail any applicable benefits.

E. Non-transferability of Registration

All registrations are strictly non-transferable under any circumstances.

F. Charges & Taxes

All bank remittance, payment gateway, convenience, and online transaction charges shall be borne by the delegate. GST (Goods and Services Tax) is applicable as per government norms and is subject to change.

G. Non-refundable Charges

GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable under any condition, even in the case of cancellation.

H. Delegate Kit Collection

Delegate kits will be issued only to the registered delegate upon presentation of the conference badge. Collection on behalf of another delegate will not be allowed.

I. Photo ID Requirement

A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for entry into the conference venue.

J. Spot Registrations

Delegate kits for spot registrants will be provided only subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

K. Rescheduled Conference

In the event the conference is rescheduled, and the new dates are not suitable to the delegate, no cancellation fee will be charged on the base registration amount (excluding GST and payment gateway charges).

L. Communication Protocol

Delegates must mention their registration number in all official communications with the conference secretariat.

M. Access for Accompanying Persons

Access for accompanying persons may be restricted to specific areas of the conference venue, as deemed necessary by the organizers.

N. Liability Disclaimer

The organizers shall not be held responsible for any changes in dates, loss of personal belongings, or delays in postal or electronic communications.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of conference registration must be initiated by sending an email to the Conference Secretariat at registration@aoiconmumbai2027.com, clearly mentioning the registration number in the subject line.

Refunds will be applicable only on the base registration amount and will exclude GST and transaction charges. All cancellation-related communication must be sent from the same email address used at the time of registration.

Refund Policy

  • Registration is non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Cancellations received on or before 15th August 2026 will be eligible for a 75% refund, after deduction of applicable taxes and processing fees.
  • Cancellations received from 16th August 2026 to 15th September 2026 (both days inclusive) will be eligible for a 50% refund, after deduction of applicable taxes and processing fees.
  • Cancellations received from 16th September 2026 to 15th October 2026 (both days inclusive) will be eligible for a 25% refund, after deduction of applicable taxes and processing fees.
  • No refunds will be applicable for cancellations received on or after 16th October 2026.
  • All eligible refunds will be processed within six (6) weeks after the completion of the conference.
  • The date and time stamp of the cancellation email sent by the delegate will be considered the official date of cancellation.
